IBEW Local Union 191
Local 191 is our International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) geographical jurisdiction partner. Although Local 191 was established July 7, 1901, it wasn’t until March, 4, 1971 that the Cascade Chapter NECA was established and joined them as partners by breaking away from the Puget Sound Chapter, NECA. Together, the licensed contractors of the Cascade Chapter of NECA and the skilled electricians of the IBEW Local 191 are working to provide reliable, cost-effective, state-of-the-art electrical work today and continue to plan and build for a successful future.
